1) Payments & Instalments

You can pay in full or split the payment into two instalments (no extra fees).

£500 Package

  • 2 instalments of £250 each

  • The second instalment is due before Lesson 5 begins

£1000 Package

  • 2 instalments of £500 each

  • The second instalment is due before Lesson 10 begins

Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the limited case described in Section 2.

2) Programme Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once the course has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

  • A refund or early termination will only be considered if ClaudiaTeachesIELTS agrees that the student is not be able to continue as programme is too difficult.

  • The final decision lies with ClaudiaTeachesIELTS.

3) Rescheduling Lessons

  • You may reschedule a lesson with minimum 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the cancelled lesson is charged at 75% of the lesson price

  • You are allowed up to 3 reschedules per package

  • After the 3rd reschedule, the cancelled lesson is charged at 75% of the lesson price

  • No-shows count as a late cancellation

4) Commitment & Responsibility

Good results require consistent practice. Students are expected to:

  • Attend lessons on time

  • Complete agreed homework tasks on time

  • Communicate changes or issues promptly

Progress may be affected if lessons are frequently missed or practice is not completed.

5) Lesson Materials

All materials (templates, PDFs, videos, feedback, slides, examples, etc.) are for personal study only.
They must not be shared, copied, sold, or distributed.

6) IELTS Score Disclaimer

I provide expert guidance and examiner-style feedback. However, no teacher or course can guarantee a specific IELTS score, as performance depends on personal effort and official exam conditions.

7) Agreement

By enrolling in a ClaudiaTeachesIELTS programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
